Welcome to WebFreelancer. By using this website or hiring my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

I, Adnan Buksh, provide:

• Web design and development
• SEO and digital marketing
• Web hosting setup and maintenance
• Software support for client websites

Note: Project scope and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing (via email or proposal) before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

• A deposit is required before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
• Ownership of final designs, code, or website content transfers only after full payment.

3. Intellectual Property

• Pre-payment: All drafts, templates, and code remain my property.
• Post-payment: Final delivered website and content belong to the client.
• Third-party tools or plugins are licensed separately and remain subject to their own terms.

4. Brand & Name Protection

• WebFreelancer™ and WebFreelancer are registered under UDYAM-MH-33-0266221.
• Unauthorized use of my brand, logo, domain, or content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

• I am not responsible for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or search engine ranking claims.
• Hosting uptime, Google ranking, and third-party tools are outside my control.
